ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website www.baryadesign.com

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY & SHIPPING

4.1. Delivery Time
The SELLER undertakes to ship the order within 1-3 business days. The order will be delivered to the shipping company and sent to the BUYER’s specified address.

4.2. Shipping Fees & Delays
The shipping fee is notified to the BUYER at checkout. The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Withdrawal Period
The BUYER has the right to return the product within 14 days without providing any reason.

5.2. Conditions for Using the Right of Withdrawal

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

5.3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are non-refundable.

ARTICLE 6 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY

If the delivered product is defective or damaged, the BUYER must contact the SELLER within 7 days for a return or exchange. Shipping costs for defective products will be covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s jurisdiction will be authorized.

By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
